  • We currently deliver products across India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized or made-to-order items may take 3–5 business days to process.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Courier: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited/Express: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above ₹499 (or as per ongoing promotions).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your shipment using the courier’s tracking portal.

6. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.
  • Divine Adda is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a shipment is returned due to wrong address or unclaimed parcel, reshipment may incur additional charges.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is received damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at support@divineadda.com or call +91-8952906922.
  • We may request photos or courier documentation to process claims.

8. Force Majeure

Divine Adda is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier disruptions.


9. Governing Law

This Delivery & Shipping Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws.
Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
