Product Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@divineadda.com or calling +91-8952906922
  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • The product is missing from the shipment.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return/refund, contact support@divineadda.com with order details and images of the product/packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Products

  • Used or worn items (e.g., bracelets, malas).
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Spiritual or puja items once used/opened.
  • Discounted or clearance items marked “Final Sale.”

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds issued via original payment method.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for returned products not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

6. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, etc.).

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
