Service Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you purchase services from Divine Adda , the following policy applies:

1. Service Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel scheduled services by providing notice at least 3 days in advance via email at support@divineadda.com or phone +91-8952906922
  • Cancellations with sufficient notice will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% .

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered if:

  • The service was not provided as described.
  • The service could not be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Services that have been fully rendered.
  • Customized or one-time sessions/events.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if the service has been partially delivered or completed.

6. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other events beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
