Shipping and Refund Policy

Default terms — These shipping and return terms are sensible defaults while our delivery partner is being finalised. Timelines and charges may be updated; the terms shown at checkout apply to your order.

Shipping areas

We currently ship within India to most serviceable PIN codes. International shipping is not available yet. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will contact you and refund the order in full.

Processing and delivery timelines

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Remote areas and festival periods may take longer; we will keep you informed of delays.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Free-shipping offers, when available, are stated on the product or cart page.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we email you the courier name and tracking number. For help, write to contact@divineadda.com with your order number.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For hygiene and religious reasons, energised or personalised items (for example items consecrated in your name) and opened incense or puja consumables cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, CCAvenue, within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit. DivineAdda never stores your card details; CCAvenue handles all payment information.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by emailing us. Once shipped, the order can be returned under the returns terms above.

Digital products and memberships

Astrology reports are generated specifically for the birth details you provide, so they are non-refundable once delivered — unless the report failed to generate or was delivered with a technical error, in which case we will regenerate it or refund you. Premium memberships may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase if the premium features have not been used. See our terms of service.
