1. Acceptable use

You agree to use DivineAdda lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, access other users' data, scrape content at scale, misuse the AI assistant to generate harmful or unlawful material, post hateful or abusive comments about any faith or community, or use the site to send spam.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

3. Premium membership and payments

Premium memberships and paid reports are offered at the prices shown on the site at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by CCAvenue. Memberships run for the period purchased and do not renew automatically unless clearly stated. Digital reports are delivered to your account once payment is confirmed. Refunds follow our shipping and refund policy. We may change prices for future purchases; changes never affect a purchase already completed.

4. Intellectual property

The text, retellings, design, illustrations, logos and software on DivineAdda are owned by DivineAdda or its licensors. Ancient scriptures themselves are in the public domain, but our translations, summaries and presentation are protected. You may share links and short quotes with attribution; you may not republish whole articles without written permission.

5. User content and comments

When you post comments or other content, you keep ownership but grant DivineAdda a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site. You are responsible for what you post. We may moderate, edit for length or remove content that is off-topic, abusive, promotional or unlawful.

6. Spiritual, astrological and AI content

Horoscope, kundli and astrology content is provided for spiritual reflection and entertainment and is not a guarantee of any outcome. AI assistant answers may contain errors. Please read our disclaimer.

7. Limitation of liability

DivineAdda is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, DivineAdda is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, reliance on its content, or any decision made based on astrological or AI-generated information. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

We may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
